Rates

Rates:
$425.00 Canadian per day for 1 person (plus 5% GST in Alberta, 12%HST in B.C.)
$ 75.00 Canadian per each additional person (plus 5% GST in Alberta, 12%HST in B.C.)

Rates include guiding fee plus group equipment. Rates do not include participant's personal climbing or skiing equipment. Transportation, park fees, meals and accommodation are all additional costs. Once we have determined the details of an itinerary I will provide a firm quote of my fees and charges.

Payments can be made in cash, personal check, or bank wire. I do not accept credit cards.

Booking:
An e-mail confirmation will tentatively hold a booking. Bookings are confirmed when I have received 50% of the program fee. Balance of payments are due 45 days prior to the start date of the trip. Trips booked within 45 days of departure will require full payment.

Waivers:
Participants will be required to read and sign the Association of Canadian Mountain Guides waiver prior to starting the program. This is required by my insurer and the land managers responsible for the land we climb and ski on. The waiver can be viewed at the following URL: http://www.acmg.ca/pdf/waiver/pdf

Cancellations:
Trips cancelled prior to 45 days of the departure date will be refunded the guiding fee less $300.00.Trips cancelled within 45 days of departure are liable for the entire guiding fee unless I am able to fill the booking. Any further trip costs which are not refund able to me (booked accommodation, airfare, hut fees and such) will remain the responsibility of the client. Cancellation, Travel and Medical insurance is a good idea and recommended!
